Rodrigues and Pereira-Leal (2010) Novel Rab GTPases

Novel Rab GTPases Fig. S1

Figure S1. Tissue-specific gene expression of human Rabs, with all probesets. The expression of Rabs in 79 different human tissues is displayed as a colored map, where each square (expression of a given Rab in a given tissue) is colored according to its expression level. Color ramp is defined from white (at minimum expression value) to red (at 10% of the maximum value) and then to black (maximum expression value). Profiles of Rabs for which no expression data is available are shown in grey. Data was obtained from the averaged Human U133A/GNF1H Gene Atlas dataset {Su et al., 2004, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A, 101, 6062-7} from BioGPS database {Wu et al., 2009, Genome Biol, 10, R130} (gnf1h-gcrma.zip file, downloaded from http://biogps.gnf.org/downloads/). Row labels comprise the Rab name followed by the probeset.

Figure S2. Tissue-specific gene expression of human Rabs, with log2 transformed data. The expression of Rabs in 79 different human tissues is displayed as a colored map, where each square (expression of a given Rab in a given tissue) is colored according to its expression level. Color ramp is defined from white (at minimum expression value) to red (at maximum expression value). When more than one probeset was available, the one with highest average expression was used in the analysis.
