Plan and Decide Your Career by: i) attending career workshops, ii) participating in postgraduate education (IGC international PhD Programme; Progamme for Advanced Medical Education; etc.)

Work for Your Scientific Independence by: i) applying for your own research money from the Portuguese government agency (FCT) and others, ii) evolving to a fellow position (independent/autonomous postdoc) with a small research group, iii) attending grant writing courses more
