Post-doctoral fellow - FCT - Harvard-Portugal

We will soon seek to identify a highly motivated bioinformatician to join an interdisciplinary and international research consortium investigating the mechanism of tumor progression and the link between centrosomal abnormalities, aneuploidy and tumorigenesis. This post doc will integrate the computational genomics lab at the IGC and will analyze microarray and sequencing data, integrate it with other “omics” data in order to generate testable mechanistic hypothesis to be tested in the lab and in the clinic.
